Tip number 5: Replace sweetened drinks with water
We all hear it “Drink at least 6 glasses a day”. Do we ever do that? This doesn’t mean 6 glasses of wine or 6 glasses of fizzy. its 6 glasses of fresh water a day to helps clean out toxins in the body and also assist with weight loss. Our bodies are made up of 60% water! Sometimes when we think we are hungry its actually our bodies telling us we are dehydrated. Next time you get hungry, try to have a glass of water first, then decide if you need to eat. If you don’t like water, why don’t you try add a spoonful of honey to a warm glass of water to give it some natural sweetness.
