Try Jazmin’s Chocolate Coconut truffles.
These are the bomb, and #healthy!
1 cup Dates
1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Walnut pieces
1/4 Cocoa powder
1/4 cup Cashews
2 or 3Tsp Manuka Honey
2Tsp melted Coconut oil
Option choc chips
1 cup Shredded Coconut to roll in
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until all mixed (I used a Nutribullet).
*You will know when its done as it forms into a big ball.
Take out of blender and make into small balls to roll in the shredded coconut.
