One thing many of us are guilty of is not eating at the dinner table. We all live busy lives and eat at different times than the rest of the house hold.
Make it a priority to have a sit-down meal at the dinner table with your family at least once a week.
It’s a good way to catch up with everyone and enjoy each other’s company – and eat some nice food!
