Tip number 8: Take time out for yourself
I can guarantee you that if you take 15 minutes out of your day to relax and take some time out from reality you will feel 100x better.
Find an interesting book, watch your favourite TV program. Lately I have been reading Dr Libby’s book “Women’s Wellness Wisdom”.
This book will help you to understand the ‘why’ behind some of your common frustrations – from the weight you can’t shift, to why you feel trapped on the “stress express”, or why you find it so difficult to say “no” to some people.
